About
Hi, I’m GlendaLeah, and yoga has been a transformative part of my life since I began practicing in 2021. In 2022, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, which ignited my passion for helping others find balance and peace through yoga and holistic wellness.
In addition to my foundational training, I am certified as a Restorative and Yin Yoga teacher, bringing a deep focus on relaxation and stillness to my classes. As a Kripalu Yoga in the Schools Certified Teacher, I have specialized training in sharing yoga with younger audiences, fostering mindfulness and resilience in youth. My holistic approach extends beyond yoga—I’m a second-degree Usui Reiki and Holy Fire III practitioner, combining energy healing with movement to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. As a crystal healer, I integrate the power of crystals into my practice to promote grounding, balance, and restoration.
I’ve had the privilege of leading yoga sessions for Events DC: Day of Play two years in a row. Teaching yoga for three seasons to the Clinton Grace Varsity boys basketball team. Hosting Wellness Wednesdays at the DC Department of Employment Services. Facilitating a variety of online classes and workshops tailored to busy lifesyles.
With a focus on beginner-friendly flows, stress relief, and mindfulness, my classes are designed to help busy professionals and beginners reconnect with themselves through breath-work, meditation, and movement. Whether you’re joining me for a live outdoor session or an online practice, you can expect:
Simple and accessible yoga for all levels.
A focus on stress relief and flexibility.
Unique playlists to elevate your practice.
A supportive space for self-connection.
Let’s roll out the mat together and create space for calm, clarity, and joy—one breath at a time.
