We teach online and in-person classes for all experience levels. Yoga can help reduce stress, soothe the mind, alleviate insomnia, hypertension, and more. Yoga incorporates breathing and meditation to facilitate the union of mind, body, and spirit.

 Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing that involves placing the hands on the client in a specific manner. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit, which leads to many beneficial effects. Reiki can benefit the body in many ways: increase the body's natural ability to heal; release blockages to bring balance to the body; decreases pain, anxiety, fatigue, and more.

 Crystal Healing

Crystal healing is a technique in which crystals and other stones are used to cure ailments and discomforts. Proponents of this technique believe that crystals act as conduits for healing — enabling positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative, disease-causing energy flows out.
